	A current processor is suggested on both platforms (PIII / Athlon on PC, G3 / G4 on MAC). The most critical part is RAM, however. 64 Megabyte can be considered absolute minimum, since all samples must be loaded into physical memory and the operating system as well as the host application tend to use up lots of RAM. Also, memory speed has an impact: modern 100 or 133 MHz memory will perform better than older at 66MHz.
